The bar measures 2185mm in length, with a shaft length of 51.75” and loadable sleeve length of 15.3”. It has a handgrip diameter of 28mm, a 54,000 PSI tensile strength steel, and weighs 16KG. The center knurl measures 4.75”.

It features medium-depth knurling and center knurling for a secure grip, as well as rotating sleeves with bronze bushings to reduce pressure on forearms. The bar comes with a 30-day warranty.
