The set includes 52.5 lbs. in total: one 17” dumbbell handle, two 1.25-pound plates, two 2.5-pound plates, eight 5-pound plates, and two star-lock collars. The cast iron weight plates fit 1-inch standard handles and bars, accommodating all standard 1-inch handles and bars. The high-grade cast iron plates are covered with a black epoxy finish to prevent rust and corrosion for long-lasting performance. The 17-inch diamond knurled chrome handle is crafted from cold rolled steel with medium-depth diamond knurling for a secure, firm, and non-slip grip. The star-lock collars with rubber O-rings are easy to tighten and loosen on threaded ends and help keep weight plates securely fashioned while weightlifting.
